Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will oversee the company’s outside sales personnel, as well as the LA Lighting sales rep organization. Responsibilities include hiring and training sales staff, managing nationwide network of manufacturers’ reps, representing the company at trade shows, and working with management to develop sales goals and strategies.

The Buyer will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing & procuring material and components. Materials include all sheet metals/cold rolled steel, lighting components, various electrical parts/kits and packaging supplies. The Buyer will work with inventory and factory teams to keep adequate level of inventory at all times. The Buyer should be a driven and detail-oriented person, possess excellent negotiating and analytical skills, and have strong understanding of supply chain process concepts.

Inside Sales/Customer Support

The Inside Sales/Customer Support position provides support to our customers and outside sales team nationwide out of our LA office. A successful candidate will work closely with outside sales, distributors, contractors, and manufacturer representative agencies to understand and communicate order and project details. The position will also coordinate internally with operations, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure successful job completion.

Inside Sales/CSR is responsible for quoting specified projects and crossover projects for lighting distributors and contractors, working closely with our Sales and Specifications team. An emphasis should be placed on establishing relationships with our business partners and customers through timely phone calls and email correspondence.

Assembler (Part-Time)

Position will be responsible for assembling electrical components onto light fixtures. Ability to work various assembly stations as needed.

Mechanical design engineer

3D Models/Drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), Heat Test, Photometric test, Lighting layouts, and CNC Programming.
